Procrastination is.
I have been computer-less all day and have been looking through stacks of old photos for inspiration for some upcoming exhibition work.
I got side-tracked as inevitably I would when I discovered a load of old photos from my past and I thought I would share these.
I can hardly recognise the little girl in the pictures but it was me, when I was about 4. I still have the same taste in retro dresses and ribbons. Some things never change.
Out with the old, in with the new.

You look like you’re in a TV commercial in the ones with the phone…Is there a child actress part of your history we know nothing about? Sue Cook, the Hollywood years? Can’t what to see what these inspire you to do next :)
Cheeky!! I have some ideas as a matter of fact which involve several portraits so watch this space. :-)
As for my Hollywood years...more like Ealing comedy I fancy.
Wow - doesn't the middle picture look like James. i do like Graham's idea of you as Judy Garland. Does that make him the Tin Man or the Cowardly Lion? 8-)
Hmm.....I do rather think he would look better in the red shoes than I.;-)
On reflection I think I’ll take the role of Toto…make of that what you will…;)
Does that mean you think you are hairy and have a wet nose???
.....fancy you being such a Judy Garland fan....:-) :-)
Lol…You gotta love those Divas ;)… I prefer curly to hairy…and my nose only gets wet when it’s out in the cold…:)
I think if G. was a dog he wouldn't be Toto - he'd be one of these:

I now have an awful image of G. belting out songs from 'Calamity Jane' while dolloping on the paint.
Oh the Deadwood Stage is a-rollin' on over the plains
With the curtains flappin' and the driver slappin' the reins
A beautiful sky, a wonderful day
Whip crack-away, whip crack-away, whip crack-away...
