Messing about on the river..
Such a gorgeous day yesterday. We went out on a boat with friends and just pottered along the river between Bablockhythe and Swinford. Its been some time since I blew the dust off my 'good' digital SLR and I thought I would tke the opportunity to take some shots with the potential view of garnering some watercolour ideas. Lucky for me the river was relatively calm as its hard to stand and take pics whilst bobbing up and down!

That looks like a lot of fun…and you had gorgeous weather for it…There was I digging away on the allotment in that heat, if I’d known you were there I could have popped down for a swim ;)
Lovely photos…I’m doing a painting of the bridge for the next art group exhibition…might nick your swans for the foreground ;)
